Birgauz Ilya was graduated from Moscow State University, Law Department in the year 2000. He also holds Master Degree in Sociology, Economics and Law of Moscow Pedagogical State University.

More than 10 years experience in law practice.

From 2004 he started working in Silvel (Magnesium.com Russia group of companies), where he independently is managing and legal supporting various business projects (for example, creating and fulfillment various law schemes, including the schemes of sale and purchase of real estate with different firms and banks; purchase and sale of the land areas for cottage settlement building; building and sale of a warehouse complex, mergence and acquisitions, etc).

His main duties are creating of different kinds of contracts and internal companies` corporative documents, legal due diligence on topics related with civil, corporate, commercial, tax and other branches of law and civil procedure. He successfully represents companies` interests before state arbitration courts and civil courts, including disputes with state bodies.
Together with DR. Vladimir Shashkin in 2007 he worked over Concession Agreements of El Fawakheir and Umm Balad areas till they were signed with EMRA.

Mr. Birgauz is also an accomplished chess player. During his study in secondary school, he studied chess in Russian chess school SDUSHOR 3 over 10 years. He obtained the title of Chess Master Candidate.
